We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email) and data from connected social media accounts (access tokens, account names) necessary to publish content on your behalf.
We use your information solely to operate the Soosh service — publishing and scheduling content to your connected social media accounts. We do not sell your data to third parties.
When you connect a social media account (TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), we store the access token provided by that platform. These tokens are used only to publish content on your behalf and are stored securely.
Your data is stored securely. Video files are stored temporarily and deleted after publishing. We do not access your content except as necessary to provide the service.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can disconnect any social media account at any time from the Connections page.
